Shipping

Delivery to a pick-up point is free in France for orders over €100.

For all other destinations and orders, delivery to a pick-up point or to your home is charged at the rates shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 days.

Need an exchange?

Wrong size, or want another colour?

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your parcel, provided the product has not been worn and is in its original packaging.

We will send you a credit note and a free return slip for any request made by email, quoting your order number.

Need to make a return?

Refund requests are accepted up to 14 days after you receive your parcel, provided the product is new, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Once we have received and checked your returned product, we will refund the product (shipping costs deducted).

The refund will be made using the payment method used when placing the order.

On request by email, quoting your order number, we will send you a printable return slip for drop-off at a pick-up point.
