Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or a refund. The request must be made, with a reason, by email to hello@jup-on.com.

Exchange: exchanges are free of return charges in France. For orders outside France, a flat fee of €8 applies, covering the return of the original item and the shipment of the new one. Once your request is approved, a return label will be sent to you by email so you can send back the item to be exchanged. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging. After we receive it and check its condition, the new item will be sent to the original delivery address.

Refund: once your request is approved, a return label will be sent to you by email. A flat fee of €4 (€8 for orders outside France) will be applied as a contribution to return shipping costs. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging. After we receive it and check its condition, the refund will be made within 3-5 days to the original payment method, minus the shipping fee.

JUP-ON is a local, eco-responsible brand. We apply the same approach to delivery by optimising our shipments as much as possible to reduce our carbon footprint and delivery costs.

We deliver across Europe to pick-up points. Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout according to your destination.

In France, to thank you for your trust, delivery to a pick-up point is free for orders over €100.

You can also choose paid Colissimo home delivery, at the rates in force in France and in Europe.
